Digital QR menu
brasio digital menus are not static PDFs on a Linktree page. They are generated in real time from your POS catalog — in English and Spanish, with all 14 EU allergens marked, updating instantly across all your QR codes the moment you change a price or add a new product.
Paper menus go out of date the moment prices change or a seasonal dish comes off. Laminated menus cannot be properly sanitised and tourists cannot read Spanish. PDFs on Google Drive do not show allergens and someone has to remember to update them. With brasio, the menu lives in the POS — the same place where you manage stock and prices. Change the price of the craft beer, and within seconds every QR in the venue shows the new price.
A menu that works for you, not the other way around.

The menu displays in the customer's browser language. An English tourist on the Costa Blanca sees dishes in English; a local customer sees them in Spanish. No app download, no language selection needed.
All 14 allergens from EU Regulation 1169/2011 appear with their icons on each product. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free markers included. Add an allergen once in the catalog and it appears everywhere.
Generate your venue QR code from the admin panel in seconds. Print it, stick it on tables, or add it to your business cards. The link never changes even when you update the menu.
The same QR works for the lifetime of your venue. Change prices ten times a year, add a summer tapas menu, launch a new beer list — the QR always points to the latest version.
The QR menu, the waiter app and the kitchen display all show exactly the same catalog. No need to maintain three separate product lists.
Edit once, update everywhere
With brasio there is no separate menu file to maintain alongside the POS. The catalog is the catalog: what the waiter sees on their device is what the customer sees on their phone and what prints on the receipt. This eliminates price discrepancies between channels and reduces the admin overhead of keeping multiple versions current.
