Your own booking page
Every venue gets a booking URL you can link from your website, Google Business, Instagram or WhatsApp. Customers pick date, time and party size. You define shifts, capacity and closure days.
Reservations integrated in your POS
ElTenedor charges per cover. TheFork charges per cover. Resos has its own monthly cost. Phone bookings get lost on a notepad. brasio gives you your own booking page, integrated directly in the POS, with no per-cover commission and no middlemen taking a cut of your margin.
A 40-cover restaurant filling three services a day can pay €300–600/month in booking platform commissions, depending on average spend per cover. That money goes to a platform that shows your competitors right next to you. With brasio, the booking page is yours, the reservation history is yours, and you pay nothing per cover.
Everything integrated in the POS. No external apps.

When a reservation time approaches, the table chip lights up on the POS floor plan. The manager assigns the table with a tap. All waiters see the change in real time.
The customer receives a confirmation email with venue details and a calendar invite as soon as they book. No manual action needed on your side.
Connect your Google Business profile to your booking page link. Customers can book directly from Google Maps or Google Search, without going through ElTenedor.
When a customer calls, the manager creates the booking in the POS in 30 seconds. No notepads, no Excel sheets, no «what was the name?» the next morning.
brasio sends a reminder to the customer the evening before their reservation. Reduces no-shows without you having to call anyone.
How a reservation looks on the till
This is how a reservation flows in brasio from the moment the customer books to when they sit down:
Customer books on your page
They select date, time and party size. If the shift has capacity, the booking is confirmed automatically and the customer gets the email.
The booking appears on the POS
On the reservations screen you see all the day's bookings sorted by time. Name, party size and any notes the customer left.
Table chip lights up
Half an hour before the booking, the assigned table chip changes colour on the floor plan. The manager confirms the assignment with a tap.
Customer arrives, service begins
The waiter sees the table as occupied on their device. Kitchen orders start flowing. The booking is marked as complete automatically when the bill is closed.
The cost of commissions
Per-cover commissions add up fast. Here is the contrast between a commission platform and brasio:
ElTenedor / TheFork
Charges €1.10–2.20 per confirmed cover depending on plan. A restaurant filling 40 covers three times a week can pay €500–1,000/month in booking commissions alone.
brasio
The booking page is included in the monthly POS price (€35/month). No per-cover fee, no reservation limit, no charge for reminders.
Commission-free reservations, QR menu, kitchen and Verifactu. Everything on one tablet, no middlemen.
No card required. Cancel any time.
