Reservations integrated in your POS

Restaurant reservations — no commission, no middleman

ElTenedor charges per cover. TheFork charges per cover. Resos has its own monthly cost. Phone bookings get lost on a notepad. brasio gives you your own booking page, integrated directly in the POS, with no per-cover commission and no middlemen taking a cut of your margin.

A 40-cover restaurant filling three services a day can pay €300–600/month in booking platform commissions, depending on average spend per cover. That money goes to a platform that shows your competitors right next to you. With brasio, the booking page is yours, the reservation history is yours, and you pay nothing per cover.

How the brasio reservation system works

Everything integrated in the POS. No external apps.

Your own booking page

Every venue gets a booking URL you can link from your website, Google Business, Instagram or WhatsApp. Customers pick date, time and party size. You define shifts, capacity and closure days.

Table chip on the floor plan

When a reservation time approaches, the table chip lights up on the POS floor plan. The manager assigns the table with a tap. All waiters see the change in real time.

Automatic email confirmation

The customer receives a confirmation email with venue details and a calendar invite as soon as they book. No manual action needed on your side.

Google Business integration

Connect your Google Business profile to your booking page link. Customers can book directly from Google Maps or Google Search, without going through ElTenedor.

Phone bookings without paper

When a customer calls, the manager creates the booking in the POS in 30 seconds. No notepads, no Excel sheets, no «what was the name?» the next morning.

Automatic reminders

brasio sends a reminder to the customer the evening before their reservation. Reduces no-shows without you having to call anyone.

How a reservation looks on the till

From online booking to assigned table, without leaving the app

This is how a reservation flows in brasio from the moment the customer books to when they sit down:

  1. 1

    Customer books on your page

They select date, time and party size. If the shift has capacity, the booking is confirmed automatically and the customer gets the email.

  2. 2

The booking appears on the POS

On the reservations screen you see all the day's bookings sorted by time. Name, party size and any notes the customer left.

  3. 3

    Table chip lights up

Half an hour before the booking, the assigned table chip changes colour on the floor plan. The manager confirms the assignment with a tap.

  4. 4

    Customer arrives, service begins

The waiter sees the table as occupied on their device. Kitchen orders start flowing. The booking is marked as complete automatically when the bill is closed.

The cost of commissions

How much does each booking cost you on ElTenedor?

Per-cover commissions add up fast. Here is the contrast between a commission platform and brasio:

ElTenedor / TheFork

Charges €1.10–2.20 per confirmed cover depending on plan. A restaurant filling 40 covers three times a week can pay €500–1,000/month in booking commissions alone.

brasio

The booking page is included in the monthly POS price (€35/month). No per-cover fee, no reservation limit, no charge for reminders.

FAQ — restaurant reservations

Can I use brasio just for reservations and keep my current POS?
brasio is an all-in-one system: reservations are integrated with the floor plan, payment and Verifactu. We do not offer a standalone reservations module because the integration between booking and service is exactly the value.
Can I keep receiving bookings from ElTenedor while migrating to brasio?
Yes. During the transition you can keep your ElTenedor profile active and manage both channels in parallel. When you are ready, you deactivate your ElTenedor profile and only use your own booking page.
How does brasio handle lunch and dinner shifts?
You define shifts (e.g., lunch 13:00-16:00, dinner 19:00-23:00), the maximum capacity per shift and estimated reservation duration. brasio blocks reservations that would overlap shifts or exceed capacity.
What happens with no-shows?
brasio marks the booking as a no-show if the table has not been activated after a configurable time. You can view the no-show history per customer to make decisions about deposits or waiting lists in the future.
Is it compatible with the Google Business Reserve button?
Yes. Add your brasio booking URL as the Reserve link on your Google Business profile. Customers can book directly from Google Maps or Google Search, without going through ElTenedor.
