Marbella

The POS for English-speaking restaurants and bars in Marbella.

Old Town terraces, the Golden Mile, Puerto Banús — Marbella's dining rooms are as international as its guests. Your till should speak your language and handle Spanish tax law without you thinking about it.

No site visit needed

Set up from your own bar, in under an hour.

We don't have an office in Marbella and won't pretend to. You don't need one: brasio sets up remotely through a guided wizard — most venues finish in under an hour and run their first service the same day. When you need a human, you get one in English, same day, from people who run a bar in Spain themselves.

Built for a clientele that books

Commission-free reservations with your own booking link — confirmations and calendar invites go out automatically, and the booking lands on the till, not in a separate app.

Course pacing for proper dining

Marbella guests don't want mains landing with the starters. Courses fire to the kitchen in order, and the pass sees exactly what to plate next.

Veri*Factu compliance, invisible

From 2027 every POS in Spain must report tickets to the AEAT. brasio already does it — hash-chained, audit-ready, at no extra cost.

Five languages behind one till

International staff are the norm here. Everyone works the till in their own language — English, Spanish, German, French or Dutch — from PIN login.

Compliance

Veri*Factu, sorted.

Every receipt goes through a tamper-evident audit trail. Default on. We've done the work so you don't have to.

Multi-language staff

A language per person, not per venue.

Staff pick EN, ES, DE, FR or NL at PIN login. The till speaks their language. Receipts stay in the customer's language. You read reports in yours.

FAQ

Do you install the system in Marbella?
Setup is remote and most owners do it themselves in under an hour with the wizard — there's nothing to install on site beyond plugging in a printer. English-speaking support is a message away if you get stuck.
Does it work with SumUp card readers?
Yes, natively. The till pushes the exact amount to your SumUp reader, so nothing is retyped and end-of-day totals actually match.
What does my gestoría get?
Clean exports: Z reports, per-ticket CSV, monthly VAT summaries and built-in Veri*Factu submission. Most gestorías in Spain see everything they need without a single email from you.
