- Is this really priced in euros only?
- Yes. We bill in euros by bank transfer or card. Showing menu prices in another currency is on the roadmap; right now we focus on European restaurants.
- What about card payments?
- We work with the card terminal you already have (SumUp out of the box, others on request). You're not locked into any one card processor.
- Do I need to buy special hardware?
- No. Any modern tablet that runs a web browser is fine. Our pilot venues mix Android tablets and a refurbished iPad mini.
- What if my internet drops mid-service?
- The waiter's phone keeps the order and catches up when the connection comes back. The till keeps working too — we tested it the night the village internet went down.
- Does brasio work with my gestor or accountant?
- Yes. brasio keeps Veri*Factu-compliant records and exports them as SII XML (the AEAT format), plus per-ticket and monthly VAT CSVs your gestor can use directly.
- Where is my data stored?
- In Spain, inside the EU. Your data never leaves the EU.
- How do I get my data out if I leave?
- You can export your sales, products and fiscal records as CSV at any time. No lock-in.
- Can I migrate from my current till?
- Yes — import your products from a CSV, and we help you set up your menu, taxes, tables and staff.
