Kitchen display and orders

Orders arrive at the kitchen screen grouped by table and course. Allergens are flagged automatically from the menu. The kitchen always knows which table is waiting and for how long.

Allergen and dietary menu

Add all 14 EU allergens to each product once. They appear on the customer QR menu, the kitchen order and the receipt — no extra work.

Interactive floor plan

See in real time which tables are free, occupied or awaiting payment. Assign reservations by dragging, move a table between zones with a tap.

Verifactu and simplified invoices

Every issued ticket generates a signed fiscal record per RD 1007/2023 and sends it to the AEAT. The Verifactu QR code appears on the customer receipt.

How a service works

From reservation to receipt, without leaving the app

This is the typical flow in a restaurant using brasio. No external apps, no screen switching:

    Reservation confirmed automatically

    The customer books on your booking page. They get an email confirmation with a calendar invite. You see the reservation on the floor plan without doing anything.

    Table assigned on arrival

    The manager assigns the table with a tap. The chip lights up on the floor plan and all waiters see the table as occupied in real time.

    Orders by course to the kitchen

    The waiter takes the order on their phone. Starters fire to the kitchen immediately; mains are held until the manager fires the next course.

    Bill and Verifactu

    When the bill is closed, the receipt includes the signed Verifactu QR. If the customer needs an invoice, it is generated in seconds with their data already on file.

What is the best restaurant POS in Spain?
For an independent restaurant that needs reservations, kitchen routing and Verifactu without paying three separate subscriptions, brasio is the most complete option at €35/month per venue, no extra modules.
Can I split the bill between diners?
Yes. brasio lets you split by item or divide the total equally between however many diners you specify. Each part generates its own fiscal receipt with Verifactu QR.
How does brasio handle allergens?
You add allergens to each product in the menu once. From then on they appear automatically on the customer QR menu, the kitchen display and the printed receipt. Compliant with EU Regulation 1169/2011.
Can I still use ElTenedor or Resos for bookings?
Yes. brasio has its own commission-free booking page, but if you already have customers on ElTenedor you can keep it in parallel. We also integrate with Resos for external booking sync.
Does it work in restaurants with multiple rooms or zones?
Yes. You can define multiple zones on the floor plan (terrace, indoor, private room) and filter by zone on any terminal. Groups can manage multiple venues from the same account.
