How a service works
This is the typical flow in a restaurant using brasio. No external apps, no screen switching:
Reservation confirmed automatically
The customer books on your booking page. They get an email confirmation with a calendar invite. You see the reservation on the floor plan without doing anything.
Table assigned on arrival
The manager assigns the table with a tap. The chip lights up on the floor plan and all waiters see the table as occupied in real time.
Orders by course to the kitchen
The waiter takes the order on their phone. Starters fire to the kitchen immediately; mains are held until the manager fires the next course.
Bill and Verifactu
When the bill is closed, the receipt includes the signed Verifactu QR. If the customer needs an invoice, it is generated in seconds with their data already on file.
