Costa Blanca

The POS for English-speaking bars and restaurants on the Costa Blanca.

From Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa up to Alicante, the southern Costa Blanca runs on English-speaking bars — and most of them fight a till that only thinks in Spanish. brasio doesn't. It was built here.

Built 20 minutes from Quesada

Our own bar runs on it, every service.

brasio isn't a POS adapted for Spain — it was built inside Triple Brew, our craft beer bar in Rojales, between real Friday services. When something annoys a bartender here, it gets fixed. If you run a venue anywhere on the Costa Blanca, you're using software that earns its keep a few kilometres away.

Tabs that survive a Costa Blanca summer

Terrace full, bar three deep, staff swapping mid-shift. Tabs follow the customer, not the waiter, and nothing drops when the rush hits.

Veri*Factu sorted before your gestoría asks

Every ticket is hash-chained and reported the way the AEAT wants from 2027. You do nothing; your gestoría gets clean exports.

Your SumUp reader just works

Most bars here already take cards on SumUp. brasio talks to your reader directly — no retyping amounts, no mismatched Z reports.

Staff pick their own language

Spanish kitchen, British bar staff, Dutch weekend cover — everyone gets the till in their language at PIN login. EN, ES, DE, FR, NL.

Compliance

Veri*Factu, sorted.

Every receipt goes through a tamper-evident audit trail. Default on. We've done the work so you don't have to.

Read the Veri*Factu guide

Multi-language staff

A language per person, not per venue.

Staff pick EN, ES, DE, FR or NL at PIN login. The till speaks their language. Receipts stay in the customer's language. You read reports in yours.

FAQ

We already take payments with a SumUp reader. Does that work?
Yes — brasio integrates with SumUp card readers directly. The till sends the amount to the reader, so totals always match and your Z report reconciles itself.
Can someone actually come to our bar?
On the southern Costa Blanca, often yes — we run our own bar in Rojales. Setup itself is remote and takes under an hour, but you're welcome to see brasio live at Triple Brew first.
Will my gestoría accept the reports?
Yes. Z reports, per-ticket CSV and the monthly VAT summary export in the formats gestorías work with, and Veri*Factu submission is built in — not a paid add-on.
