Clear kitchen tickets

Orders print grouped by course, with notes highlighted above each dish. One button on the till sends to the kitchen. Works with the printer you already have, or as a PDF you can reprint any time.

Kitchen screen, live

An optional dark-mode kitchen display: each table is a card, dishes grouped by course, time-since-fired turns amber at five minutes and red at ten. One big tap marks each dish as served, the table tile clears itself, the floor knows.

Staff hours, breaks and shift end

Tap your PIN to switch user mid-service. Start a break, end a break, close your shift. Owners get a weekly hours report per employee.

A language per person, not per venue

Your Spanish front-of-house works in Spanish. Your Dutch owner reads the daily report in Dutch. The tax inspector gets the receipt in Spanish, your accountant in English. Every sale, void and shift change is recorded so nothing can be quietly altered after the fact. Designed to fit Spain's new tax rules and what's coming across the EU.

Customer tabs

Open a running tab against a regular and add to it across the night, the week, or the season. Tabs sit on the customer's profile alongside their loyalty balance.

Loyalty, earn and redeem

Customers earn points on every closed tab at a rate you set. Redeem at the till in a couple of taps, with sensible guardrails — minimum redemption, maximum balance, GDPR consent on or off per customer.

Gift vouchers

Generate a unique gift-voucher code for any amount, print as a PDF or email it to your customer in one click. Three-month expiry by default. Redemption is one code-type at the till.

Live cost prices and margins

Tell us what you pay for a bottle of wine, a keg, a spirit. We work out the cost per pour automatically and show your gross margin on every size, live as you set prices. Green when it's healthy, amber when it's tight, rose when you're losing money.

Bottle and glass tracking

For wines and any pourable: a bottle opens automatically when the first glass is sold, the rail shows how many glasses are left, and it drops off when the bottle is empty. No mental maths at the bar.

Live menu PDFs

Generate A4 menu PDFs from your catalog in two languages. Allergen codes, dietary flags, and wine details render automatically. Change a price once — the public menu updates within 5 minutes.

Review requests

After a guest's visit, send a one-tap survey — happy guests are guided to Google and TripAdvisor, and you capture private feedback either way. Available now — can be enabled per venue.

Kitchen tickets

Notes your line cooks will actually read.

Per-line notes print in bold above each dish — 'gluten-free', 'well done', 'kids portion'. Tickets are grouped by course, so the pass sees starters before mains. Works with the thermal printer you already have, or as a PDF on a tablet screen.
