Onboarding wizard

Also known as: setup wizard, asistente de configuración, onboarding, configuración inicial, alta del local, primer login wizard.

After you sign up and complete payment for your trial, you'll land on the onboarding wizard. There are five steps and the whole thing takes 3–5 minutes if you have your tax info handy.

Step 1 — Business details

NIF/CIF (9 characters, e.g. B12345678), legal company name (razón social), and the fiscal address. These appear on every receipt as required by Spanish hospitality regulations.

Step 2 — Workspace URL

Pick the subdomain where your team and customers will reach you: <your-slug>.brasio.io. The picker checks availability live as you type. Pick the default language for your team (Spanish or English).

Step 3 — First venue

The name and address of your physical location. If your fiscal address is the same as the venue, click "Same as fiscal address" to copy it.

Step 4 — Manager PIN

Set a 4–6 digit PIN for the owner clock-in. You'll use this to log in on the till as the owner. You can add more managers and staff later from the till.

Step 5 — Branding

Upload your logo (PNG or JPEG, up to 5 MB). It appears on receipts, kitchen tickets, your booking page, and customer emails. You can skip this for now and add it later from your account settings.

What if I don't finish in one go?

If you close the browser mid-wizard, log back in and we'll resume you on the next incomplete step. Your progress on completed steps is saved.
