Plans and pricing
Also known as: planes, precios, monthly fee, subscription tiers, cuota mensual, switch plan, upgrade, downgrade.
brasio is sold on a monthly subscription. The price depends on the number of terminals and the fiscal module. Billing is handled securely through Stripe — see How brasio billing works for a full explanation of trials, invoices and the customer portal.
Where to see the live details
We keep prices and the exact mix of each plan on the public page so you can always see the current terms:
- Visit brasio.com/pricing for the live list.
- If you have a bespoke quote (multiple venues, custom integrations), it's in your welcome email and in your account dashboard at
<your-slug>.brasio.io/account/billing.
We don't publish a fixed price in these guides because it changes with promotions and new modules.
Change plan
If you've outgrown your plan or you have spare capacity, you can change plan yourself:
- Go to
<your-slug>.brasio.io/account/billing. - Click Change plan.
- Pick the new plan. brasio shows the proration (how much is left in the current month at the old price and when the new price starts).
- Confirm.
The change is immediate. The next invoice reflects the new plan and, if applicable, the proration for the current month.
Add or remove terminals
- In your billing dashboard, find Terminals.
- Set how many terminals you want in total.
- If you add, we send you the extra hardware. If you remove, we'll tell you how to send back the surplus.
The number of terminals affects the monthly invoice from the change onwards.
Pause or cancel
If you have a seasonal venue or you're closing temporarily, get in touch first so we can put you in paused mode (reduced price, data kept, terminals powered off). Cancelling deletes the account after a data retention period.
To cancel:
- In your billing dashboard at
<your-slug>.brasio.io/account/billing, find Cancel subscription. - Confirm the reason (optional, but it helps us a lot).
- The account stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Invoices and payment method
- Monthly invoices arrive by email and are available in the customer portal. See Invoices and receipts.

Not working?
- Change plan doesn't appear: your account is on a bespoke quote. Drop us a line and we'll adjust it manually.
- The invoice isn't arriving: check the email address in your billing dashboard and your spam folder. See Invoices and receipts.
- You've changed plan but the old price is still being applied: the change can take a few minutes to propagate. If an hour passes and it's still the same, get in touch.
