Also known as: cancel subscription, darse de baja, delete account, close account, account closure, cerrar cuenta, unsubscribe.
If you want to stop using brasio entirely, you can request account closure from Account → Danger zone.
What happens when you request closure
- A 30-day grace period starts immediately.
- During the grace period, your tenant remains active and operational.
- After 30 days, your tenant data is permanently deleted: tickets, employees, products, reservations, everything.
- Active subscriptions are cancelled at the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again.
How to request closure
- Go to Account → Danger zone.
- Read the warning text carefully.
- (Optional) Tell us why you're leaving — your feedback helps us improve.
- Type your account email exactly to confirm.
- Check the acknowledgement box.
- Click "Request account closure".
Support will contact you within one business day to confirm.
How to cancel a closure request
Email support before the 30-day window expires. We can revert the request and your account continues normally.
What's NOT deleted
Fiscal records required by Spanish law (closed tickets, AEAT submissions) are retained for the statutory period (typically 4 years) even after account closure. They are pseudonymised — customer PII is removed, but the fiscal records themselves stay on file in Verifactu.
