Customer profiles (CRM)

Updated: 2026-05-25

Customer profiles

Also known as: clientes, CRM, regulars, customer database, perfil de cliente, ficha de cliente.

Each regular customer can have a profile in brasio. The profile is used to attach a customer to an open tab, accumulate loyalty points, capture allergies, remember a favourite seat, and store the GDPR consents required to do any of that.

Open the customers screen

On the till, go to Admin → Clientes (route /admin/clientes). The screen lists every customer for your venue:

  • Subtitle: {count} clientes.
  • Buscar por nombre, email o teléfono… — live search; filters as you type.
  • Nuevo cliente — create from scratch.

You can also create a customer on the fly from an open tab: in the Abrir cuenta a un cliente flow, search by name/email/phone; if no match, tap Crear cliente nuevo "{name}".

Profile fields

Each profile holds:

  • Nombre — display name (the one shown on the till).
  • Nombre completo — full legal name (optional, for invoicing).
  • Email and Teléfono.
  • Cumpleaños · mes / día — used by the venue to send a birthday note (you decide the channel — brasio doesn't auto-email birthdays today).
  • Mesa favorita — optional, useful for regulars.
  • Notas — any internal notes.
  • Alergias — capture them on the profile so they reach the kitchen when this customer's order is fired.

GDPR consents

Each consent is an independent affirmative opt-in. The toggles live under Consentimientos RGPD:

  • Puntos de fidelización — required for the customer to earn or redeem loyalty points. See Loyalty points.
  • Marketing — required to send commercial emails.

Each toggle records the timestamp when consent was given. Turning it off clears the timestamp; turning it on records a new one. The consent ledger is itself hash-chained.

Attach a customer to a tab

On the active tab/table, tap + Cliente. Search by name/email/phone, pick the match, or create on the fly. The customer's name appears at the top of the tab, along with their points balance.

Detach with Quitar cliente. Loyalty consent is required for points to accumulate; if the customer has no consent the till shows sin consentimiento de fidelización in red as a reminder.

Ticket history

Every closed ticket for that customer is stored on their profile. Use this to:

  • Recognise a returning regular.
  • Build context for a complaint (what did they order last time?).
  • Refund a paid ticket from the customer's history.

Right to deletion (pseudonymise)

Under LOPDGDD/GDPR, a customer can request deletion of their identifying data. Use Pseudonimizar at the bottom of the profile:

  1. A manager PIN is required.
  2. brasio wipes name, email, phone, notes, allergies, birthday.
  3. brasio keeps: points balance and ticket history (these are fiscal-relevant and cannot be deleted under Spanish tax law).
  4. The action cannot be undone.

If the customer has an open tab, you must close it first — pseudonymisation is blocked until then.

Not working?

  • Customer doesn't show in search: try a partial match — search runs on name and email and phone. Check the customer wasn't pseudonymised (name will be blank).
  • Can't attach a customer to a tab: open the + Cliente picker on the active tab — if the picker doesn't open, the tab may not be fully attached. Reopen the table detail.
  • Birthday emails aren't going out: brasio doesn't auto-send birthday emails. The field is there for your manual outreach.
  • Allergies aren't printing on the kitchen ticket: allergies are on the customer, but only appear on the kitchen ticket when the customer is attached to the tab before food is fired.
