Browse and reprint closed tickets

Also known as: tickets pagados, ticket history, reprint receipt, reimprimir, duplicate receipt, find an old ticket.

Every paid ticket is preserved forever in brasio's immutable, hash-chained ledger. When a customer asks for a copy a week later, when you want to spot-check what was charged on a specific table, or when you need to print a duplicate for a customer who lost theirs — open the closed-tickets browser.

This is not the same as a refund. Reprinting a receipt does not modify the original ticket. It re-renders the same PDF and sends it to the printer; the fiscal record (Veri*factu hash, VAT breakdown, total) stays exactly as it was.

Open the closed-tickets browser

  1. Sign in to the till with a manager or owner PIN. (Staff cannot see other staff's tickets.)
  2. From the Admin menu, tap Tickets.
  3. You land on Tickets pagados at today's date.

Navigate by date

At the top of the screen:

  • Día anterior / Día siguiente — step one day at a time.
  • Hoy — jump back to today.
  • The date label is tappable for a date picker.

The list shows every closed ticket for the selected date: ticket number, customer (or Sin cliente), table (or Sin mesa), line count and total.

Search

The Buscar por número o cliente… input filters the current date's tickets by ticket number or customer name. The search runs server-side as you type.

Open a ticket

Tap any row to open the ticket detail. You see:

  • All lines (product, size, modifiers, notes, voids).
  • Subtotal, VAT breakdown by rate, total.
  • Payment method(s) used.
  • Veri*factu QR + hash (when active).
  • The original closed-at timestamp and the cashier who closed it.

Reprint the receipt

On the ticket detail screen, tap Reimprimir ticket. brasio:

  1. Re-renders the 80 mm thermal receipt PDF (same layout as the original).
  2. Sends it to the printer via whichever path is configured for your venue (OS-default PDF or the ESC/POS bridge).
  3. Records the reprint in the audit log — the fiscal hash is untouched.

If the printer is unreachable, No se pudo reimprimir is shown. Check the printer is on, has paper, and is connected. See Printer not printing.

Not working?

  • Tickets menu doesn't appear: you're signed in as staff. Ask the manager or owner to sign in.
  • The list is empty for a busy day: check the date — it defaults to today. Use Día anterior to scroll back.
  • A ticket I expected is missing: unpaid tabs (still open) are not in this list — they appear on the floor plan. Only fully closed tickets show here.
  • Need to refund, not just reprint: see Refunds and voids. Refunds change the fiscal record; reprints do not.
